PROJECT DEVELOPEMENT METHODOLOGY
Our Project Development Life Cycle follows industry's best practices, which ensures
better chances of success of a project. With success, we mean within time, within
budget and quality. Once you have chosen VisionOn Technologies for the development
work, next steps are simple.
01. Define Project Scope
After you submit a Request for Quote to us, we form a core team that prepares vision/
scope document for your project free of charge. We envision the overall direction
for the project, determining which features the solution will and will not include
and an estimated schedule for delivery. We submit technical and financial proposal
along with the work plan.
This stage is completed by the signing of a contract.
02. Analyses Phase
During this phase the team interviews the client and prepares the functional specifications.
On the basis of these Functional Specifications, demos are prepared and they are
verified from the client which allows the customer to review the future system and
to give their feedback at an early stage of the development. Software Requirement
Specification (SRS) document is prepared at the end of this phase and approved by
the project stake holders.
03. Design
On the basis of the SRS and demos, system architecture and detailed design is prepared.
Software Design Specification (SDS) document is prepared at the end of this phase
and approved by the project stake holders.

01. Development and QA
The development and QA phase is divided into multiple sub-modules and distributed
among the project team. The client receives the modules with subject priority and
simultaneous activity of QA is making sure the strength of the deliverables.
02. Delivery and Support
VisionOn Technologies team deploys the modules one by one at the client site and
immediately the training starts. All the relevant documents are handed over such
as installation guide, User Manual etc. A separate maintenance agreement is done
with client if desired.
